The Music Office is a boutique music and entertainment agency, created to bring a more personal and tailored approach to music and entertainment within hospitality.
Founded in Dubai and shaped by more than 20 years of experience across music, entertainment and hospitality around the world, we understand what it takes to create the right atmosphere for a venue. From music direction and programming to DJs, artists, live entertainment and music curation, our focus is always on finding what fits the venue, the brand and the people experiencing it.

We don’t believe in simply sending over a catalogue of artists or filling a space with entertainment. We take the time to understand each venue, its identity, its audience and the atmosphere it wants to create before recommending the right approach.

That personal involvement is at the heart of The Music Office. Our experience comes from years spent working directly with venues, artists, promoters and agencies, understanding not only what works creatively, but what works operationally and commercially too.
Whether we’re building the music direction for a hotel, curating the soundtrack for a restaurant, programming entertainment for a beach club or finding the perfect artist for an event, the objective is always the same:

MEET THE FOUNDER
The Music Office was founded by Grant Collins, an internationally experienced DJ, Music Director and Music Curator with more than 20 years of experience across music, entertainment and hospitality.

Having spent more than 15 years working in Ibiza, including over
a decade with the O Beach Group as Resident DJ and Music Director across Ibiza and Dubai, Grant has built his career working directly with venues, artists, promoters and agencies.

His international experience also includes residencies and music direction roles in Thailand and the Maldives. The Music Office was created from that experience - with the aim of giving venues a more personal, considered and hands-on approach to music and entertainment.
